Bonus is that the "Xbox 360 Wireless Controller for Windows" is really just a standard 360 controler with a wireless adapter, so if you have a 360 you could move the controler back and forth as needed.

This.
Whoever thinks AC on PC does not fully support controls are thinking wrong. You can play with any controller available. The X360's the best one.
The range of gamepads one can use on PC is FAR more extensive than what you can use of consoles. Oh, and that includes the PLAYSTATION controller. For ages I owned a couple of cuper cheap Dualshock converters so I could use Ps2 controllers on my PC.
It's this same old ignorance to PC gaming: "PC gaming sux cuz me cant use gamepads, buh!" "PC gamez is ♥♥♥♥♥ int it cuz me cant plug it to big TV."
It will run like ♥♥♥♥♥ on current gen consoles, there's no question about that-- oh and it will LOOK like ♥♥♥♥♥ as well.
I just now got a pc for gaming so I never had to research Assassin's Creed on pc. Also, I did not say anywhere in any of my posts that Pc gaming sucked (Even when i played strictly on consoles i always said pc gaming was superior). I just said I Wanted to use my controller and I do have the PC plugged into my tv if you bothered to read my first post you would already know that. "I play in the livingroom from the comfort of my recliner".
"Do you think I should buy this for PS3 with better controls and a far more worse frame rate or wait almost another month for PC release with terrible keyboard controls" However, you did write this ridiculous statement-- as if you can only play using keyboard and mouse.
You can use a Ps3 controller on PC with a little bit of work. But there a tons of other good gamepads - many of which are very similar in shape to the Ps3 controller - that you can use.
