Elite Fire Barrel storage TM PC (Walkthrough)

This, to most will be your last upgrade for the Jackdaw. This is what you need to do to get the Treasure Map. IT'S NOT TO LATE TO AQUIRE IT.

1) Pillage ships if you haven't already and add the ships to Kenyways fleet. Take out a good ammount of ships ahead of time.

2)Once you are happy with the ships you can either salvage them for gems (you will need lots of gems for dock space and repairs) or you can use the ships for quests. * The more dock space you purchased the more side quests you can do. Some quests take Several Real Time hours to complete. Meaning I can not use that ship until the mission is completed. I have a quest marked for over 13 real time hours to complete it. SO GET THE DOCKS.

3)When you have a few ships in your fleet, set them out to do a lot of side missions. It takes several side quests to go in the direction you need to be to get the Treasure Map.

4) In the Kenyways Fleet menu you will have at the top: Fleet, Naval Map, and I think ship progress. You will spend a lot of time in the Fleet, and Naval Map tabs so get use to using them.

*Best case scenario is if you have a few good ships in your fleet with a good size cargo space use them for side missions to be able do several at a time. You need to complete a good ammount of side missions to unlock new destinations. It takes a destination unlock to get the Elite Fire Barrel Storage TM.

5)Now goto your Naval Map tab. In this tab you will see the destinations, and if the way is dangerous or not. Green being safe and Red, Orange, and Yellow being hazardous or unsafe.

*The way to use this is highlight the quests titles on the left. These titles give the quest info, and when you scroll through the titles you will see a window pop up info of the quest. One quest info window will have in the very bottom left corner ship battle. If on a Yellow, Orange, or Red route. *Default for PC is Space. (In here this is what you have to do to make a unsafe route a safe route)

*Pick your ships you want to use for the battle. Use the ships only if you have a success rate of 100%. The 100% will be listed at the top of the ship battle window.

6)After you did the ship battle and your ship or ships took damage goto the Fleet menu also located in Kenyways Fleet window, and repair the ship or ships with gems(default PC is ctrl)

7)When you did the repairs and made the route safe (green) now pick your ship to embark on the quest. All quests require cargo space. The cargo space room I seen so far are 5, 10,15, 20, and 45 (give or take) This means a Schouner can not be used for a mission if it does not have the cargo room(marked as a red box) next ship up would be the Brig, Frigate, or Man 0 War. These ships have more cargo space then the Schouner.

8) Rince and repeat above until you unlock Canada 1, When you unlock Canada 1, you will see a mission called: "Scarlanta" do this mission for the treasure map for The Elite Fire Barrel Storage. This mission also takes like 6 hours in real time. If you are soloing it. It goes faster with Multiplay but I only did it solo. So get a good ship for it and a safe path.

9)After your ship made the journey you will probably have to repair it, and your reward will be 1500R some cargo, some gems, and the map.

10) The Elite Fire Barrel Storage dig sight will be located in Isla Providncia south of the island between 3 palm trees.

Hope this eases some pain for some players that still need the Elite Fire Barrel Storage.

The other way is the time saver technology pack, which removes the requirements to find the ship blueprints in the world. Should be included with the Gold Edition of the game. It was sold separately for a long time.

AC Rogue's Fleet game has no ship blueprint in it. All are found throughout the world.
