What happened to the fat guy?

So I just finished the campaign, and when he flashbacked to his friends and saw the fat guy I missed him and last time you see him is set off for his first go at being a pirate. I imagined him coming back with scars on his face, a full blown beard, a bottle of rum, a frigate at his disposal, and all the sexy ladies.

So I guess he died, or maybe they'd introduce him in the next game? That'd be exciting.

Well in real life he died shortly after, his story is pretty stupid actually, basically he was indulted but then he became a pirate again, was caught almost inmediately and executed; if you're interested:

Yeah, he was hanged. As were some of the other notable pirates in the game. Calico Jack, Charles Vane, etc. I actually found it cool how much actual history was in the game, with an added Assassin/Templar twist of course.

I don't remember exactly, but they laughed about him, so I killed them.
