none of the series have this build in as far as i know if you want this then you will need some kind of 3rd party program :P wich isnt suggested

None of the AC games support Windowed or Borderless. They don't even support 16:10 screens.

Try using the dxwnd utility with game.exe and make it's properties such as compatibility - winXP, disabling composite desktop mode.
or 3DRipperDX
if u manage to get windowed borderless mode that way, try using ShiftWindow to move window around
Recent Ubisoft games such as AC series doesn't allow you set window mode properly. Use it on stream purpose, or next time you alt+tab the game - it will return to fullscreen.

This is an old thread but I managed to get mine borderless while searching so might as well post it here if someone else is looking for an answer:

Press and hold Alt+Tab ↹, release only Tab ↹, then while holding Alt click with the left or right mouse button.

Worked for me :) Needz to watch tv-shows while playing.

What OS is this working for? It does nothing for me in Windows 7. This is ridiculous, I don't need my secondary monitors black in order to play your game, Ubi.
