Download size?

I see in system req that you need 30 GB HD space.
My question is: how big is the file to download?

that's the preload size (and you'll need about 30gb free space for unpacking the preloaded files as well). If the game is released in your region then the download size is 29gb

Nah, that's not true. I downloaded it *after* it was released (unlocked) yesterday evening and it only downloaded 17,2 GB. And I didn't even bother preloading at all before.

Nah, that's not true. I downloaded it *after* it was released (unlocked) yesterday evening and it only downloaded 17,2 GB. And I didn't even bother preloading at all before.

thats weird, since I didn't finish the preloading and was unable to complete it --> Had to delete local content and re-download the game. It was 29gb for me.

I down loaded 17.2Gb and installed on to my HD and its 23Gb and I have the season pass, If that makes a difference which I doubt.

Maybe DL size varies from region to region? What region are you in? I'm EU (our release should have been tomorrow evening, which is why I didn't bother preloading) and when I found out it was unlocked last night I immediately hit "Play now" and watched the download. 17.2 GB in 2 hours (god awful slow servers!) including all the DLC content that's already unlocked from Season Pass and what not.

Maybe if you're NA and got the Gold Edition there's a different size because I don't know?!

Thanks all for your reponses guys :) I was interested to dowload size (is not a problem HD space cause I have 800GB free) to have an idea on how much time I need to download it :)
