Yes...but take it as purely educational. It would be interesting to know that after so many pirates got syphilis and other venereal desease, someone in this world asked himself "Blimey, I'm going to invent something....I'll call it Condoms!".
Then you'll understand that the Assasin's Creed conspiracy would also imply overpopulation and social benefits...arrgh.
It only happened once.
1: AC: Brotherhood stated that Adolf Hitler's policies in general, and his "master race" eugenics ideas in particular, were either made or influenced by early Abstergo. It's also stated that he used an Apple to bolster Morale among his followers.
2: It's well-established that nearly every recent technological development was invented by Abstergo or its subsidaries, presumably including modern latex condoms.
3: ACII stated that humans' brains were specifically modified by the First Civilization to react to the Apples, and that human-First Civilization hybrids, and descendants of such hybrids, were immune to this to some degree. This is further supported by Al Mualim's inability to use the Apple to control Altair.
4: None of the characters confirmed to be descended from human-First Civ. share the characteristics described by Hitler's description of the Aryan race (light skin, blond hair, blue eyes), Minerva and Juno both have dark hair and dark eyes as does the First Civ. woman in the vision Jupiter showed Desmond and Aita in the hologram Juno showed him while exploring the Temple. Hitler himself had black hair and brown eyes, and if he was descended from the First Civ., it would explain his ability to use an Apple on an entire nation at once.
5: Abstergo may well have had access to nanotechnology when modern latex condoms were invented, and almost certainly does now. This would allow them to hide fairly advanced things inside nearly anything, including condoms.
What if Hitler's Aryan Master Race's characteristics were chosen not because he believed they were superior, but because people with those characteristics, mostly with Nordic ancestry, tend to have low concentrations of First Civ. DNA, and thus are more likely to have the modifications that make them susceptable to the Apples.
Hitler's agenda ultimately failed, but Abstergo would still know that people with certain genes are more susceptable to manipulation via First Civ. technology. What if they managed to isolate the gene that controls it, and has used the nanotechnology that they almost certainly have to engineer condoms that are more likely to fail if they detect the person using it is likely to pass on the susceptability gene?
