Warehous empty

I try to get into a Warehous, but must Leave the game, because i had more important things to do. Now, i have the time to go on, but the Warehous is now Empty and i am in the City (Kingston) but not in area of the Ware. I try to Sneak and kill only if i must, so it takes time, but now i have 2 empty warehouses in Kingston, because i EXIT the Game. Thats not funny and kills my Fun to play that game.

Warehouses take an annoyingly long time to time to refill. You gotta wait a wait a while for them to come back up so that they can be raided again.
My strategy is to find one on a map that isn't greyed out (so it's active and ready to be plundered) and then rush in and kill everyone and everything. Take the key, get the goods, and wait a few days for it to restock.

Your problems sounds a little different. It like you did most of the work, left, and scared them off so they warehouse become unavailable for a while. Not sure how that works. Either way, they should become available again in a day or so.
