STEAM FREEDOM CRY DLC CANNOT PLAY

I PURCHASEED THE FREEDOM CRY AT STEAM AND DOWNLOADED AND INSTALLED AT MY COMPUTER,BUT I CANNOT SEE THE FREEDOM CRY IN MY BLACK FLAG. I NEED HELP , PLEASE.

I have the same issue - purchased both on steam and the redeemed the code once in uplay and Freedom Cry doesnt show up

I had same problem. open uplay.
then click on games
then click on black flags. on the left youll see play botton and overview ect under them is an unlock content tab open it and enter your code

I also cannot play Freedom Cry. I bought the Season Pass on steam and registered the Season Pass key with Ubisoft. UPlay shows I own Freedom Cry, and my steam local files properties shows I own Freedom Cry, but the content will not download and has not unlocked. It has been over a week since I opened a support ticket with Steam, but they have not yet responded.

Same issue here. It appears to be the steam season pass holders that are the ones getting screwed.

Same issue here. It appears to be the steam season pass holders that are the ones getting screwed.

Put that to theory to rest, Freedom Cry is the ONLY DLC I have bought for Black Flag thus far, and I am having the same issue where I own the DLC, but cannot play it.

EDIT: I also have not purchased the season pass.

He means the CD key guys. Right-click on Black Flag in your library, get the CD key for Freedom cry, copy it to clipboard (or write it down if you're old school) Boot up Uplay, go to games/Black Flag/unlock content, copy-paste or type in the CD key, redeem and enjoy!
