how to get 80 cargospace in kenways fleet
i know there in the west but i have a hard time finding the west parts

Get your wanted level to 4 and capture the level 60 Man 'o Wars the hunters send. 70 power, 30 speed, 90 cargo.

I captured them near the fast travel point just south of Kingston.

Far down and to the left of the map, too. Far South/West. There are some pretty big ships down there, lots of high level frigates and man o'wars, large cargo space. This spot is an ideal place for collecting tons of metal from ships too.
