Uplay "can't connect" (edit fix)

I buyed AC4:BF on sale and installed it but u play can't connectto the uplay service.
I contacted Uplay and Steam support result= no help.
Last hope community.
when some one need log files or so pls comment.
Btw: reinstal does NOT work :D
Edit(11.02.2016):
1. uninstall Uplay
2. redownload it from the OFFICAL homepage of Uplay(ubisoft)( uplay.ubi.com )
3. If you still cant connect or have issues feel free to contact the support

Hmm, I'm not buying a game attached to the data slurping UPlay. Ever.
Unfortunately for me, is that I'm missing out on quite a few games, but I'm sticking with that rule, no matter what. I freaking HATE UPLAY! :(

Im going to be very pissed if Uplay does not get fixed. I tried playing Black Flag (a game which i was litterally playing yesterday) and the login is all ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up. This had better fix because not only does this not allow me to play Black Flag, now I cant play Far Cry 3, FC Blood Dragon, and Watchdogs. I really hope this gets fixed because I alredy pre ordered Far Cry 4. Urgggg Uplay why do you gotta do this to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I just want to sail a tiny bit, but can't cause they ♥♥♥♥♥♥ themselves up. My ragemeter is at nearly Maximum.. This is MONEY, I spent at least 70 € on games that require Uplay. And now they are gone. I hope they fix this ♥♥♥♥. Otherwise I will send Steam a message about it. I'm pretty sure they don't give a ♥♥♥♥ about me, but, well, then I will "vote" with my wallet. There are other good hobbies aside from playing video games.

wow this was fun! just bought this ♥♥♥♥!! And i forgot that UPLAY is just HORRIBLE!! i cant log in not even with a new account! why the !!!!! do you need uplay to play singleplayer!! and it keeps telling me to start the game in offline mode but iCANT until i atleast have logged in once!!!!! i am so pissed right now!

Disconnect from your internet & force Uplay to launch in offline mode. You can also launch Uplay without Steam & if it can't connect it will ask if you want to launch in offline mode. This will let you bypass The Ubisoft server issues. Once you do get Uplay open you can change the launch settings to Always Launch in Offline Mode if you don't care about MP.. Hope this helps.

It's not uPlay, fix your firewall/router settings and make sure "Use Proxy" is not set in uPlay.

I have figured out a way to fix this issue if UPLAY Stops working. All you have to do is go to where ever the file Ubisoft Game Launcher is installed and right click on it and go to properties. Then go to Security tab and go to User. Then edit that and change everything to full access and it should work. It worked for me

Im experiencing the same issue. Tried submitting a trouble ticket with UPlay and the "submit ticket" button doesnt work. It will only process if you click on the "I figured out my problem!" from the FAQs - which are useless.
