The only thing I've ever used on purpose for fps is Nvidia's Shadowplay, but I turned that off because it was causing a counter on movies and such that I would stream online (wwe network, hulu, netflix, etc). But when I turned it off it stopped on the streaming videos and it's still there on Black Flag. It's not even like it makes it unplayable, it's just a very small eyesore lol. It's also a different size and font than shadowplay which really confuses me. Thanks for trying to help by the way.
The plot thickens... took a screenshot and the counter didn't show up in it. I have no idea what's going on. lol
Seriously, I was thinking it might not be possible, since a lot of the fps counter "apps" purposefully don't show up in screenshots by design.
That's exactly it. I decided to google it after EbonHawk said something about other programs.
