How to activate DLC?

Hello.

Yesterday I bought 2 DLC
Assassin’s Creed® IV Black Flag™ - Crusader & Florentine Pack | Assassin’s Creed® IV Black Flag™ – Guild of Rogues
and when checking my library it says "Installed" but nothing of what they should be containing appears in the game. I always play connected to the Uplay servers yet the DLS don't get activated. I have reloaded Steam, Uplay and the game several times without success.

I also seem to have Freedom Cry DLC (I probably have bought it with the game, I don't remember, I bought Black Flag last year but only have started playing it recently) yet there is no option to start the Freedom Cry mission. What am I doing wrong? I can't understand why Uplay doesn't detect I have these DLCs and activate them automatically.

Have you tried typing in the serial keys in Uplay? That's how I unlocked the DLCs.

Yes, ouf course. I have entered the keys and I got a message from Uplay telling me those were keys for the Assassin’s Creed® IV Black Flag™ - Crusader & Florentine Pack and Assassin’s Creed® IV Black Flag™ – Guild of Rogues and asked me if I wanted to activate them so I said Yes and I thought all was OK but when I went to the Captain's cabin and looked at the outfits and weapons there were none from Altair's or Ezio's equipment.

I really don't know what to do now. Why have they launched a gaming platform with servers and all if this platform cannot even detect their own products? I am disappointed with Uplay :(

see properly steam Library and click AC IV BF and see the bottom of information . It will show your owned DLCs and how much of them are installed . Then Go In Game and go to Library - DLC

So nothing to worry , You can play with DLC in game just learn on internet how to use it

Learn on Internet? You are joking, right? So, I run two gaming platforms, Steam and Uplay, yet not only I must enter my keys manually but I have to comb the Internet to learn how to activate these DLC? Jesus!
This was my first encounter with a Ubisoft's game DLC, I am not buying any DLC for their games anymore.

I realize this is an old as hell post, but you just click on "CD-Key" to the right after clicking on ACIV in library, and then entering the key into the Shift F2 menu? i believe (in-game)

I tried that, 1 dlc was downloaded into the game but my other dlc ac iv guild of rogues isnt downloaded
