Reshade crashing error

So I was modding this using reshade and everytime I crash at the animus loading screen

I have a gtx 1650
16 GB ram

looking at the logs I get 2 errors:
1)V__PCGIcurrColorTex': cannot sample from texture that is also used as render target in the
same pass

2)warning X3206: implicit truncation of vector type

If anyone could help me out, it would be appreciated
