Aveline/Freedom Cry

I just beat the main story and I'm not sure if i should play Aveline/Freedom Cry because I don't know how long it'll take to finish it, so please tell me the average time it took you guys to finish it and if it's good.

Aveline is about 30 minutes, it's a short mission made by devs just to promote AC: Liberation when Liberation was PS Vita exclusive.
Freedom Cry is about 4 hours if you are not going for 100% and it's pretty ...meh.

Can concur with the times 3MiR gave (sounds about right, anyway). As for them being "good", I'd say the only real justification for getting them would be if you liked the on-land gameplay of AC4 quite a bit, particularly the stealth.

Okay, well if you're really just wanting more sailing, ship combat, etc. I'd check out Assassin's Creed: Rogue. It's almost identical gameplay but in a different setting. You're not technically a pirate in that one (or in Freedom Cry or Aveline), but there's plenty of pirate-like things to do there.

Rogue is a full-length game though, unlike these others.
