Linking already activated game to different Ubi account
if i permanently delete ubisoft game from steam and then rebuy it, can i link it to different Ubi account that ? ( or will it stay tied to old one ? )

think is i want to redo achievements, since i already have all on 100 % on old ubi account and dont want them to just pop out retroactively, but want to do them again, this time on Steam.

with Mirage i dealt with it by using steam console to delete poped achievments, than refunding the game ( cause i just bought it, i met refund requirements ), than relink my steam to new ubi account and than rebuyed the game

but with other AC games, where i dont meet refund requirements ( have more than 2h played and 2 weeks owned ), i dont know how to do it

could perma deleting and then rebuying game do the same thing as refund did ? or should i ask Steam support ?
do anybody has experience with that ?

Yeah you can transfer all of your Ubisoft games (Ubisoft Connect) over to a different Ubisoft Connect account. There is an Ubisoft article how you do it here:

https://www.ubisoft.com/en-gb/help/account/article/transferring-games-between-platforms-or-ubisoft-accounts/000063329

So basically you have to write a support ticket. So ALL of your games get transfered and you lose all savegames and achievements.

I did this like 2 or 3 weeks ago because i accitently activated Star Wars Outlaws on a wrong Ubisoft account but still played the game and got all achievements and then transfered it and lost all progress after the transfer (my Steam achievemts still count, they just get deleted in Ubisoft Connect)

I can't play Black Flag currently despite buying it on Steam in 2014. I must have used a different email and/or Ubisoft account (Uplay) that I don't have access to anymore.

I bought Unity and Rogue a few years ago. Ubisoft Connect replaced Uplay, so I had to make a new account. I sucks because I had AC2, Brotherhood, Revelations, and Black Flag on that old account.

So you're saying that if I delete the game and re-buy it on Steam, then I can link it to my current Ubisoft Connect account?

I dont know if the re-buy thing works, i didn't do that.
But i had a similar problem like you.

I also had an old Ubisoft account with an e-mail (yahoo) that doesn't exists anymore or lets say yahoo deactivated it, but it was still linked to my old Uplay account which also was linked to my Steam account

So when i activated some Ubisoft games i always had to make sure i logged in to my "new" main Uplay/Ubisoft Connect account. But every time i started a game linked to my old account it auto logged me in (i could still play them)

And then i found out that you could transfer games to a different Ubisoft account. It took a while to convince the support because i couldn't log in to my old e-mail, but somehow it worked out (i was able to open a support ticket from that old Ubisoft account)

If you really cant log in to your old Uplay account because it isn't linked to Steam or you forgot your password/email i think that makes it 1-Step harder

Yeah I already sent in a ticket to Ubisoft. They were no help at all. They wouldn't even tell me what provider my old email was. It sucks that Steam keeps evidence of when I bought the game and how many hours I've played it, but that means nothing to Ubisoft.
