Therefore I suggest you to take it up and open a ticket for such upon the usually horrid customer's handling Ubi$oft's "Support" site[www.ubisoft.com] and eventually also talking it up with Steam's "Support" because by now they also full well know that that is common occorrence but did nothing to stop it from happenning and repeating itself with each Steam's "Gold Edition" of AC IV: BF still being sold.
Edit note: Noticed that had forgotten to link into the Steam's "Season Pass" for AC IV: BF and went back to correct that.
