why does lucy stillman appear blue in eagle vision

can you explain that lucy sillman was shown blue in eagle vision .that mean she is ally

if she in not a assassin or ally , eagle vision could not be the trusted any more.

in my opinion. Ubi didn't intend lucy is going to be a templar during AC 1 or AC2 .

there is no clue until AC Brotherhood.

if they intended lucy is a double agent for templar from the beginning , they shoul have left some foreshadow in AC1 and AC2.

well 2 things, it's explained what eagle vision actually is in AC4 "Seeing sounds, and hearing images" basically to train your senses to be highly, highly trained, to hear your target in a crowd, and to see his face is represented by people lighting up in different colors, the assassins don't actually see that, but you have to "Activate" eagle vision to have the assassin's focus very hard on it (which is why edward can't run and use eagle vision). So desmond thught lucy was an assassin, so he heard her voice, saw her face, and he identified her as an allie to desmond. she lights up blue to represent what the assassin's are seeing/haering/all other senses. 2nd, I think she was a templar because her voice actor quit, and they had to kill her off, but don't quote me on that.

i didn't know lucy's voice actor quit. if she didn't quit , maybe lucy is still alive.

basicly what taffer said i point one. Eagle vision isnt something that gives the assassin ultimate knowledge, or definite facts.It just heightens their senses, and basicly by putting 2 and two together, desmond deduced she was an ally, which is what Eagle vision shows.

And yes she quit, but i dont think that is the reason they adapted the story (it is the reason though why there isnt any new voice acting in ACR- The Lost Archive, it would cost too much), but if you remember, al mualim was also in blue

She didn't quit. She wasn't even aware that Lucy was being killed off and was surprised when they did.

Eagle vision is based on the user's feelings and perceptions, Desmond felt Lucy was an ally, just like Altair felt Al Mualim was an ally, a person needs to feel threatened in order to spot a "red" target, same way when you're looking for a target in a crowd, the user basically highlights the one he's seeking with his senses rather than literally turning him "yellow".
