Death Vessel lore
The title says "it once belonged to the legendary Death Vessel"...what is the Death Vessel in lore, where does it come from? The only thing I can thing of is from Pirates of the Carribean...but was there an old folktale from way back then regarding a Death Vessel of some kind?

I know that the kraken was a mythological sea monster that all pirates feared that they thought could swallow entire ships whole...but where does the Death Vessel come from? Any help from you history junkies would be much appreciated.

It was actually a showroom model that belonged to the Royal Navy before they released it upon the world in an effort to promote and sell ships and ship accessories. It eventually ran aground due to mismanagement and dubious practices aboard the ship and was subsequently stripped for parts, which were sold separately to the highest bidder.

Ah k. Sweet, thanks!
