Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2100 CPU @ 3.10GHz Will it work?

Before anyone asks, yes I've done a "Can you Run It" test. In both RECOMMENDED and MINUMUM says everything but my CPU has passed. Now I've ran games in the past with the same issue and they truned out fine. Does anyone have anything that might help? Could I still run this game with this CPU or would it be best to wait.

Let me rephrase that, I meant everything but my CPU has passed. I'm looking to find out if even though my CPU has failed will the game still run decently on my PC.
