99% 21/22 Treasure Maps
I have already the game 99% and I have already complete (saccesfully) Great Reputation II, Scarlatina and The Empty Cellar where the three maps supposed to be. But I haven't get the last treasure map yet. Do you know what's going on guys? Did you have any simillar problem,?

One map can only be achieved on Kenway's fleet. Connect to the uPlay, go into the ship's chamber in the boat and search for that.

Yeah, I'm connected of course, and I've done all the tricks I saw on Youtube containing this about the Kenway's fleet, like as I mentioned "complete: Great Reputation II, Scarlatina and The Empty Cellar where the three maps supposed to be" but it didn't work.

Yeah, i found a way, I just needed to find the 12th (final) naval map destination, then the Great Reputationh II moved in there, I replayed it, and it gave me the final map.
