Map Help

I like this game a lot, but there is something I cannot figure out. Treasure maps give coordinates, but when I use the main map there is no way for me to find these coordinates - I can pan around using the cursor, but the only way for me to see the coordinates of a location is to set a custom waypoint. I can't just scrool around and see coords under my cursor. I refuse to believe this is a flaw in the game, and I would love some help.

Be aware the coordinates on the treasure maps only point out World Map coordinates and not local. Fully Zoom Out and check the coordinates by putting the cursor on the big icon relating to your location globally.

It also only tells you the coord of the City/Isle, the rest you just have to check the picture and figure out the environment.

Some coordinates can't be seen on the map because they weren't unlocked yet due to not progressing in the story enough. You may have the maps, but the locations are not unlocked yet.

Ok, I can help you a little bit.
Some of the map's coordinates are pin-point accurate to the treasure (I think) and some of them are not. One of the things that can help you out is by looking at the treasure maps and see where is the treasure is. USE YOUR IMAGINATION to configure where the treasure is.

suggestion: watch a youtube vid of one so you get the general idea of it.

But basicly the coordinates are the general area they are in (or point to small islands), the drawing shows where exactly in the environment
