XBOX to PC

does anyone know if i can transfer xbox saves to pc? im going to get ac4 for pc but i dont want to start all over. ive got like 73% sync and collected everything

I am by no means an expert, so dont take my word as final, but i am pretty sure the Xbox has a different OS to Windows. Same Manufacturer, different OS. In other words, the save would probably be in a different format.
Plus, there are bound to be differences between the two versio0ns of the game

i know that you can convert xbox skyrim saves to pc but i does anyone know how to convert assassins creed save files?

Go check Horizon. That is the modding tool that allows you to swap PC & Xbox 360 game save files around. I have used it to make super characters for Skyrim on 360. I am not sure if Assassin's Creed is supported or not..
