DLS added to Steam and uploaded, key entered in Uplay
But in the game itself there is no Freedom Cry DLC, no other DLC

I recently bought the game due to nostalgia reasons and I've been having this "missing DLC problem" as well. Watching this video and following the steps helped fixed the problem for me!

Still waiting to finish my support request. I am surprised Ubisoft has people working in the support department on weekends. Well, Looking like my issue may be resolved after contacting UBISOFT Support on Sat morning. I seem to have access to the missing DLC at this point (as of Sunday morning -though my ticket is still showing as open)

I still need to double check, but it looks like I have everything that is missing. And Ubisoft support did it all during the weekend. I thought I would have to wait to at least Monday.

Hi. I am suffering from the same problem. I ordered Gold Edition and can't play Freedom Cry. I contact Ubisoft support. They ask me for a lot of different information and then tell me that they'll forward my case to the relevant team. 3 months later. Still nothing on that front.

I should refund the game. It should be illegal to sell bundled games and not have some games in it. That's straight up scammer behavior and it seems like the problem is much older than I thought.
