XML tweaks... anyone have any good ones?

So, I was looking for some ways to tweak my AC4 experience via the config files, and so came across the xml files in my Documents folder. In the GFXSettings.AC4BFSP.xml file specifically, there are a bunch of settings related to graphics, but they aren't like normal ini tweaks.
Here is an example:

<OPTION Name="VSYNC" Registered="True" Type="Bool" Value="false" />
		<OPTION Name="AA" Registered="True" Type="Integer" Value="4">
			<RANGE MinValue="0" MaxValue="9" NumSteps="0" />
		</OPTION>

Now, I can kind-of tell what's going on, but I don't know for certain. For instance, I have vsync off in the game's config, so that is the "false" I am guessing. But the AA is off, yet it has a value of 4... with a max value of 9? I am using RadeonPro for my AA, which is why the ingame AA is off.

So does anyone have any idea the things I can change to get some better texture sizes or anything? I have everything in the game config at max (minus the AA of course), and I average around 50-55 fps. with no bugs, tearing, or any of the other issues that seem to be haunting people. This is actually my second playthrough, which is why I am just using this one to get the best experience I can, since I don't really have to worry about the story or anything.

Any suggestions?
