I can't change outfit
Hello,

I'm at the beginning of the story and it still won't let me buy outfits or change.

I have the Legendary with the gold edition but it won't let me change it and all makes me unavailable?

What could it be due to, I have to advance further in the story'

Yes you have to advance further where you unlock your pirate ship. The area where you change your clothes will be in your captain's quarters.
