Is multiplayer for this still active on pc?

Hey all, steam charts shows a bunch of people still play this…I used to play multiplayer for the older games a long time ago!

Can you still find match made games?

Or is it dead?

I'd say the MP is long dead. But then there is the occasional die hard pops up around here who will insist 'he can find a match in minutes'. If you're planning to buy or reinstall the game just for the MP, it may not be the best idea at this point.

Hey guys,

The multiplayer features are still live, but in terms of numbers they're certainly quite low so it may take time to find a match, so it may be better to post a 'looking for players' thread here to recruit some other players.

Whoa snap I hand no idea the devs monitor the steam forums/player count!

Thanks for the info! I believe there is also a big discord That is helping with the “revival” of the multiplayer I have to find.

Seems like most people are playing brotherhood I believe.

How are the numbers for that looking etc?

While we're not devs, more Ubisoft Support, we do keep a note on how busy games on!

Although Brotherhood is also low so I'd recommend the same if you're looking to co-op, a discord community would be spot on to find a hub of the still active coop players!

You know where we are if there's anything more you need help with!

While we're not devs, more Ubisoft Support, we do keep a note on how busy games on!

Im scared to ask, but are the multiplayers for both black flag and or AC3 still online?... AC3 was a game I was ranked top 200 in the world when it came out, and I have a nostalgia itch... but dont wanna buy them if the servers arent online anymore.

AC3 mutiplayer servers are closed but AC black flag mutiplayer still works for pc. i played several matches today, but of course this days are not many players online. i recomend to join the discord server AC:MPR - Assassins's Creed Multiplayer Revival. people are posting neraly daily, that they looking for people or that they hosted some lobby to join. Best time to play mutiplayer, is between 18:00-02:00 UTC time zone.
