Keep runnign around same area trying tofind way to havana,,,, not marked on the map ???

joking right? its the first place youu go to after you leave the very first island you're on

You have to move forward in the story to exit Havana

you have to save the merchant from the soldiers in the restricted area, then you can leave the island & go to Havana
