I forgot my Ubisoft game account
so I can't play the game through steam, what can I do?

Did you, or is Ubisoft having issues again? Ubisoft has a tendency to fail and won't recognize existing accounts. It's happening to me right now, I've been playing Odyssey for a year now and about three days ago I tried to hop on and it told me that my username/password cannot be found and sends me an error message. It's fine though, I've been thinking about dropping Ubisoft and their ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ anyway.

But, if you still can't get it to work, there should be a link somewhere that you can click that says "I can't remember my username/password" and they should send you an email.

it works well .and if you lost password .. ect ect .. then just get new one or get the password back with your email .. no problem .. but ...... i had same problem and and got my account back but lost all memory in game but still have all achievements ..

over 180 hours in game .now i have to start all over again ,, but i start with all achievements unlocked

I forgot all my email and password So I was think Can I get my Ubisoft account back through steam game?

Hi, I had a question as I'm trying to send a support ticket for a hacked account on the ubisoft support page. how do I take a screen shot of A screenshot of the following folder; Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache\ownership. when I open this file with notepad theres only gibberish hieroglyphic. They say the support response takes weeks so I just wanted to get it right.
