Why does this game run like garbage?

So after figuring out what i needed to do to just start the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game, I got it started but it runs like absolute trash.

Cpu :Ryzen 7 2700x
Gpu : Rtx 2060
Ram : 16 gb

Its a known issue, turning the v-sync off will fix the problem if you're experiencing stutters.

I fixed it by turning off Physx. Everything else maxed out.
Ryzen 5 2600
RTX 2060 Super

Like Sméagol said, turn off Physx and it’ll fix the stuttering.

It hasnt for me, got an i5 9300H and a 2600 on 8gb RAM, turned on triple rendering on Nvidia panel and turned off Phys X

I just started playing and i´m having the same issue
Any fps drop will drag the game to the 30 fps line back and forth
It happens very fast but still noticeable

Try the fixes in the description of this video. Just started playing again today and it all still works hittin 60fps no problem.

Hey dude, I'm also experiencing the same issue too. But i didn't get some of the things the guy said in his description. Can you explain what does he mean by "Force vsync" and "Uncheck the last cpu box" ?

Force vsync meaning set vsync to always on in nvidia control panel or whatever amd software is if you have a amd gpu. Last cpu box meaning when you right click the exe in task manager and click set affinity a box will pop up with a list of cpu cores depending on your cpu. Uncheck the bottom one.
