Thanks for reaching out! The Dual Shock controller is not supported, I'm afraid. You can find this information in the game's {ENLACE ELIMINADO}minimum requirements. I hope it helps!

Your Steam Client offers a controller interface that might work with most games, it can also cause problems if you are using another driver/app/emulator for your device. With Steam open, look at the top for Settings/Controller/General Controller Settings.
There is a switch to turn these setting on/off for each game. Right click on the game in steam library and choose properties. "Steam Input Per-Game Setting" ; 'Use your Global Steam Input" for on, "Force Off" to disable. You may need Force Off with other emulators in use.
Some have reported this setting can change on its own when Steam client updates.
Other popular emulator apps; DS4 Windows, e360ce and others that convert controller inputs to key board commands, Joy2Key, expadder, inputmaper.......

Thank you for sharing this, CarDr!
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that emulating the controller will work in the game, I'm afraid. Apologies for that!
