Black Flag corrupt files(Uplay)

Every time I run verify game files for AC4 Black Flag I get "We have verified a number of corrupted files. Please choose repair to fix the issue." Naturally I click repair & it finishes. If I run verify files again, it does the same thing. It ONLY does this with Black Flag. I verified my AC Origins install and there was no corruption. Same with my games on Steam.

I also installed Black Flag on my old computer to test it and it's doing the same thing, so I'm fairly certain the problem isn't on my end. My PC is only 2 weeks old btw.

Does this happen if you verify files on Steam? Also, I read there was a small update for Black Flag. I wonder if that has something to do with it. This is most likely Uplay acting up since the game works fine, but I still wonder..

I have it on origin and just before the new update uplay spent ages verifying game files, which is odd as I've never seen this before, not tested the game yet and god knows what the update if for.

After updating my rig to a i7 6700k this game stuttered pretty bad, after looking at google quite a few people with new hardware were having this problem.

After trying this update in a couple of different area's and at sea the stutter seems to have gone.

So Uplay still reports the game install is corrupt.

Also, The Illustious Pirates DLC is missing! I've replayed this game several times with the DLC. So I know when the DLC is suppose to appear. Yet it no longer does. The gold chest appear on the map, but aren't there in game & the 3 islands that the DLC adds do not exist anymore.

I have a theory that someone at Ubisoft messed up something when importing Black Flags assets for Far Cry 5 multiplayer. I know it sounds crazy, but this all started around the same time...

It turned out Ubisofts servers are missing a few of the DLC files. Though I found a link to the missing DLC files in a forum somewhere.
