How to remove black bars

I have a low end pc and I play in 800x600 in full screen
It has these horrible black bars in the top and botttom
Any way to remove them?
Btw I have amd

I don't think you can remove these bars because you have 4:3 screen resolution and game has 16:9.

Flawless Widescreen can be used to remove black bars in this game. People usually use it for 16:10 resolutions so i'm not sure if it also works with 4:3 and 5:4 resolutions.

It's just your ratio so try changing that or raising the resolution and lowering something else

the real question is, how can you handle all that low fps?

i think 35fps is smooth

because everything is on the lowest i will raise it to 720p and get a consistent 30fps
