98% on (full?) database

So I've been trying to get 100% on absolutely everything and I already got 100% on the main game and 88% on the Edward upgrades tab. But my animus database is stuck at 98%. I have completed all Kenway's fleet missions (no ! quests remaining), 34 shanties, 40 documents, 37 people, 18 locations, 19 landmarks, 16 ships, 50 art, 23 fauna and all the "real world" side activities (56 on my files). Am I missing something or is it just a bug because I've searched google and people seem to have this bugged as well.
