menu scrolling problem

is anyone else having the problem in the pause menu where the selected option scrolls all the way down to the credits before you can select the option you want to select? if so how do i fix it?

found a solution. if you have a contorller pluged in (joystick, etc.) it causes the menu to scroll.

i was trying to use a controller

If you have any steering wheels plugged in. Make sure you unplug it before playing this game. That was my issue.
