Altair's Robes and Sword not showing

I bought both Ac3 and Black Flag just so I can use Altair's stuff in Black Flag, but the robes and sword of Altair is not showing in Edward upgrades. Any help please?

you mean crusader & florentine pack? this pack contains altairs sword. you need to progress until Sequence 3 memory 04 to see the items from this pack in the Jackdaw and Edward upgrade menu. the outfit is unlocked automatically if you have one ac game in your uplay account.

Eh ok, I didn't pay attention to the sword requirements, but the robes, I already have both Ac3 and Black Flag on steam and uplay(♥♥♥♥♥♥) and already start campaign on both games, but no, no Altair's robes so far.

You can get outfit on any general store

Well, I mean I don't get popup said that thanks for your previous action on previous assassin's creed games, here is altair's robes as your reward. (Usually Legacy outfits would appears in general store and Jackdawn but in my case I just couldnt even see them as a selectable option)

hmm my outfits were unlocked instantly after i started black flag. i have more than 3 ac games in my account. perhaps you must finish ac3 first. dont know - try it a few times. if this dont work contact ubisoft support
