Parkour controls

So, what I didn't like about AC II were the controls - way too complicated for me. You had a key for every body part which was really frustrating.
So what are the parkour controls of this game? Do you just press jump/sprint and then it parkours for you? Or do you have to press multiple keys in order to parkour?

Use a controller. Saves a lot of pain.

You hold shift to free run, and while you are holding it, you will automatically jump over any obstacles while sprinting.

If you hold space and shift, then you will also free run and automatically climb something, like houses or anything else you can climb.

Mouse and keyboard is just fine, no need for a controller.
