Legacy outfits in 2017?
I want to ask a question, are there any of you still have legacy outfits unlock? Mine never appear even though I have both Ac brotherhood and Ac3 in uplay account.

Well, I have all legacy outfits while owning the ezio trilogy and ac3. Did you try contacting support?

Already. But their supporting team can't help ♥♥♥♥♥, I don't even know whether they did play Black Flag or not.

Make sure that your Legacy Ubisoft account name matches your current account name... I changed them so they match and all of the costumes were unlocked instantly.
