Double Execution

I was trying to figure out how to do these, but there aren't many sources with good explanations. The best one I found said to execute an enemy, then press the tool key (Q by default), and then hold in the direction of another enemy. I tried to do this, but when I pressed Q, all it did was change my weapon. Can someone give me a good description on how to do these? They look really epic.

to the best of my own knowledge, aka cmoa-ing here (Covering My Own A**), the only double execution/assassination in the game is done via the stealth one when 2 enemies are within close proximity of each other. I can (and probably am) be wrong there so don't take my words to heart.

Try pressing F instead of Q. F is the default key bound to shoot.
