Crash & infinite loading.

So, before I start. I have already contacted Ubisoft support. After mutiple "possible fixes", I still haven''t been able to boot up singleplayer.
I'm not even gonna list all the things I've done to try solve it, but a thing got me wondering.
I'm running with the EVGA Geforce GTX 980, and if I remember correctly I've heard the game doesn't like Nvidia's 900 & 1000's series.

Anyone else with this issue? Any ACTUAL fixes for this problem?
(Also, I run the game over Uplay, if anyone is wondering)

There are variety of different options you can try to get the game to work.
