Any real-world forts like the ones in Black Flag?

I looked up some Caribbean forts, but they don't resemble what's in Black Flag. Are there any that actually look like what's in Black Flag?

There is a fort in Puerto Rico that is like the ones in black flag. Pretty cool that i got to visit it.

I looked up some in Google, and found some slightly similar ones, though the ones in Black Flag are generally bigger, more impressive.

Fort St Angelo and Fort St Elmo look a bit like some of the ones in BF.

I forgot the name but its an easy look up. You also have to remember it is a game too. Not everything is going to look exactly alike. but there are forts up and down the coast of North America, (east coast) and then the islands.
