The new remastered version looks better than Forbidden West?
I am not sure but it looks like the remastered version looks much better than Forbidden West.
This is strange because I was under impression that they want to bring the Forbidden West graphics into first game but the graphics, in my opinion, do look better on Remastered.

Any one noticed the same?

Are you being serious or is this some kind of joke? The remaster looks good but no it doesn't look better than Forbidden West.

Looks Meh, the fidelity is same same with HFW... Why should we care.

Not if he already owned the original one then it only costed 10 dollars

I can already see the improvements, but the optimization of the remaster is simply awful. Playing with an imported save game is impossible because the game crashes nonstop. Since I don't feel like starting over from scratch, I'd rather play the original version again. It's a shame about the 10 euros.

Do you lose the original if you upgrade?

Nope. They are treated like different games.

The remaster by Nixxes is incredible... but it doesn't quite match FW at max settings. It's close though.
For my taste even the original remastered version looks better than Forbidden West.

I came into the series with Forbidden West. The first always looked fun. When the remaster came out, as good a reason as any to try it out, and I'm with you a bit. I don't remember seeing the little mammalian hairs on her face, I remember being struck my skin imperfections and the eyes, but with Zero Dawn, the hairs on the face stuck out to me

It's getting beyond a joke now, It's all toxic positivity, bunch of sociopaths came up with these hollow greeting and other social distractions.

I think so too and I suspect a part of that is the Remaster was made to show off what the PS5 Pro can do that the PS5 couldn't and those improvements bled over to the PC port. The distant LODs are really remarkable in the cutscenes in Meridian since you are way up on top of a mesa so you can really see a long ways off into the distance but I have Depth of Field turned off so that doesn't get blurred. In the complete edition you aren't able to turn Depth of Field off so it really stands out in comparison. But overall the distant LODs are just better than Forbidden West and not so blurry looking.
