:steamsad:Good question... Maybe I'm just a sucker for the Extra Items.

That's a "you" problem.

Just pick a game to play, and be happy with your choice. Manifest the happiness you want to see in your life.

Horizon Forbidden West™ Complete Edition is a full game, with no more DLC being added, no micro-transactions AND $10 (USD) cheaper.

Personally, I'm more likely to get Horizon Forbidden West and hold off on Dragon Dogma 2.

Both are single player (though DD2 has an online component) so there isn't really a rush to get either, so take your time. Maybe something better may come out before then as well.

Yeah I'm buyng both on launch but I'm not playing both on launch as Dragon's Dogma 2 is going into my backlog until I'm ready to play it. Mostly because I still haven' t had a chance to have a proper go at th efirst one. I d ohav ethe firs tone and hav eplayed it a bit and enjoyed it I just haven't given myself enough time to have a proper go. It is something I intend to do eventually though Zero Dawn on the other hand I've played multiple times and recently finished another one a few weeks ago in preparation of Forbidden West. So I'm feeling ready to play FW. I play games to enjoy them I'm not too worried if they come out at the same time. Besides by the time I'm ready to play DD2 it likel ywill b epatched a bi t and maybe have some DLC too. Which are both good imo. When I see 2 games coming out at the same time I don't agonise over which to play first I justthink these will keep me busy for a while. I think it only becomes an issue if you can' t afford to buy both at launch but even in that case you can always buy one and come back and buy the other later. If I had to choose my choic ewould b eForbidden West first due t othe fact I have played and finished Zero Dawn whereas I haven' t finished Dragon's Dogma 1 yet. In m ycase I don' t have to choos ethere though as I have enough to afford both. It's just a case of me choosing which to play first

The games arent going away, they will always be there. So just pick one. Buying games way after release is btw the norm when you get older
The only thing for getting them right away are the pre-order bonuses. But yes, I have three games I am looking at in 2 months. Granted, I can afford all 6 copies, but I'm probably only going to get 4. The last one's pre-order bonuses aren't enough to make me buy at full price.

The pre-order bonuses for HFW are really just cosmetic - none of them have stats that challenge what you can acquire in-game.

Play this game. Later you can play Dragon's Dogma 2. Dragon's Dogma 2 looks like a hundred hours RPG. This one is most probably 30 hours story game.

The game that is #3 on the global top sellers chart. HFW is #66 btw. Sounds more like a case of, who, are you instead of the game.

I looked at the Dragon's Dogma 2's trailer. It looks worse.
