Is there any way to still get the dark ranger skin?
Any way to get this skin? Is it only for pre orders and can you pick it up separately?

I believe it is only for pre orders, your time ran out.. Sorry dude.

ah ok thanks. Are there other skins in game or does he just rock those rags the whole game?

I got the skin for preorder but frankly even if it's cool I'm not using it since in all cutscenes (basically all the time) is goes back using the default skin since those cutscenes are actually videos and not In-Game cutscenes,

If the Season Pass is any indication there will be more skins in the future.

Man i got it and i don't use it.
Ther original skin is much cooler and more epic than that pre-order skin.
So don't worry man :)
To kill orcs you don't have to be pretty.

This right here is all truth. :)

If you buy a new copy at Best Buy (The retailer with the Dark Ranger skin pre-order bonus), chances are good you'll still get the pre-order code. I've purchased several games there after the release date and still been given the codes for the bonuses (including Shadows of Mordor today). I'm assuming that the first shipment of games they receive are the preorder edition and anyone who buys one before they run out of their initial stock will get the bonus, regardless of actually preordering or not.

I'm actually not liking the Dark Ranger skin for the simple reason that all the cut scenes use the normal model, so it's a really bad continuity error when playing. heh.

You don't have to be but it still feels good to slay some orcs in some BA looking armor! lol No big deal I guess; I just have a weird obsession when it comes to cool looking armors in games.

The Dark Ranger skin is so awesome. So much better than the lame default Talion. Long Live pre-order exclusives, mwahaha.

thats so annoying, i hate it when devs can't be bothered to make the change to support optional looks, especially when you forked over a full day one price for the bonus. If Mafia 2 and Tomb Raider can do it, you can do it too Mordor !

Are there any other skins or armors in game or does he just have the default outfit for the whole time?

That's something that is really turning me off a well; although I love the dark ranger outfit instead of the default rags Talion wears.

The Dark Ranger skin is imply amazing. Ornate silver armor, dark blue cape and cloth, the hood, and the Gondorian emblem on your chest - it's in a league of it's own compared to the standard look. Plus, it fits the wraith aspect of your character.
