No, you need to buy a GPU separately. The game does not come with an AMD GPU.

I don't own both cards but isn't the 580 quite a bit slower.

Yes, 2060 Super is equivalent to RX 5700 or Rx 6600

Actually, it depends on the game because in some the performance is very close while in others there's a considerable difference (there are various videos on YouTube comparing them). That being said I wouldn't recommend getting any of these gpu's today, I bet Konami is recommending the 2060S for 720p only.

Or copious amounts of upscaling and fake frames for 1080p.
