Yes, 2060 Super is equivalent to RX 5700 or Rx 6600
Actually, it depends on the game because in some the performance is very close while in others there's a considerable difference (there are various videos on YouTube comparing them). That being said I wouldn't recommend getting any of these gpu's today, I bet Konami is recommending the 2060S for 720p only.
Or copious amounts of upscaling and fake frames for 1080p.
