2. Paladin
3. Spellsword
for farming gold: Hokage
Edit: THATS WHAT SHOUT DOES? ....holy crap the final boss could have taken half as many tries...
2. Ninja: Best earlygame considering it lets you 2 shot virtually every mob with a few sword/str upgrades.
3. Knight: Base stats + the ability to block just gets better and better as you get more levels.
SpellBlade
Paladin
2. Lich King
3. Dragon
2. Barbarian King
3. Barbarian King
But for serious,
1. Barbarian King
2. Assassin
3. Spellsword
Different classes are better during different parts of the game. This would be an end-game list.
2. Hokage
3. Lich King
Hokage: In early game it's great for killing bosses, but falls off late game
Pally: Great all around class, the block has saved me bunches of times
2. Spellsword
3. Hokage / Paladin
2. Hokage
3. Paladin
2. Spellsword
3. Barbarian King/Queen
This is from the perspective of NG+5
Hokage is too fragile and the lack of ability to crit is kind of awful. Lich King/Queen is super dependent on which spell you have while also being incredibly fragile. Dragon is honestly just kinda ♥♥♥♥. Archmage kind of has the same problem of fragility as the others above. Paladin is pretty alright but it's not as good as the 3 listed.
