Stuck in opening room

Tried something new and took all life steal runes and only one jump rune. My first room requires a double jump to get to the first platform. There are no traps or monsters to kill myself on and I am completely stuck. I've no way to get out or start over please help!

If you got one jumprune you should be able to double jump..

You can see how high I can jump with one jump rune and everything else thats its in the only room I can get too. I am really stumped.

Down stab the green orbs. They teach you that in the tutorial.
