Sound broken?
when launching the game it gets rid of all of my sound system-wide. any fix?

How are you getting on Gaming123?

What other programs do you tend to have running / sound missing from?

Do you lose game sound too or just what's in the background?

Windows, I dont have anything open, but after the menu screen at the start and going into the map the sound breaks and nothing is heard system-wide, nothing from my web browser or music player, and of course the game. Only has happened with this game only

If you are still experiencing this issue could you please please try these PC troubleshooting[support.ubi.com] steps as these have been known to help resolve issues such as crashes, freezing, FPS drops and more.

If that still doesn't help could you try disabling then re-enabling your speakers and also go into the sound control panel to check that your speakers are set as default for your sound output.

However, if the issue still persists then could you submit a support ticket[support.ubi.com] and attach your system files dxdiag[support.ubi.com] and msinfo[support.ubi.com] and our Customer Support team will investigate this further for you.
