Max perks
Is there a max to the perk limit? I noticed there's a perk that offers up to a 20% chance upon leveling up to get 2 perks instead of one. Will everyone have the same amount of perks by level 50?

Nope. If you put Perk Points into that set of Perks, then you will have up to a 20% chance of getting a second Perk Point upon levelling up. Add in the fact that you can buy more Perk Points (I don't know if its with ingame money, or Crew Credits), then some people will have the default amount, others won't. I know I don't, because of that one perk :p

EDIT: As for the Perk Limit? Probably when you max everything out, lol.

181 is the limit. You can own all perks.

How it possible without buying CC?

That's the point: you HAVE to use CC to get all the perk points. Otherwise, you're limited by what Lady Luck will give you with the bonus point perk.

Does anyone else sometimes not get a perk when they level up?

To be honest.. I don't think most of the skills are even important.. I pretty much have all of the skills I want except I haven't unlocked the last person. The only optional skills I guess I'd take that I can't fit in right now is mobile mechanic, cheaper mechanic, and starting nitrous... But none of those are extremely important to me.

once you hit level ten they give you 100,000 CC. i used all of it to just buy perks and max everyhting i could out.

I used it to buy like 3-4 perks... and then I bought the Nissan Skyline (for only one purpose so I could purchase level 40 street, so that I could have the parts unlocked to upgrade my Street BMW), and I used it for various performance parts and visual parts on 2 different cars (my BMW and a secondary BMW that I bought using CC for my Raid missions since I refuse Ford anything).

money is extremely easy to grind tbh, i'm farming like 800k a day approx without even focusing on money primarily, i just focus on achievements and leveling up faction rank for more daily income which is fun to do. even if you play casually you'll be swimming in cash after a while but cash wont buy you perk points ever, using all the free credits on perk pts is the wisest thing to do tbh since everything else can be bought with money which is grinded so easily with pvp or faction pve missions.

Yeah but Faction missions take hours to do, some taking 3 hours. And PvP doesn't exist in this MMO game lol. I say that because nobody in any city in any place ever in the game is in the sessions looking for a match.

There's a 20 minute mission that gives 33k $ per run, and multiple 5-15min races that give 8k$ per run and PVP queues are pretty short for me maybe your ports are closed, I get free-for-all lobbies in maximum 2 minutes, multiplayer win gives about 16k per race to me atm at level 50, and takes about 5-10min per race depending on map even if you are last place you get same amount of money, money is really easy to get I wish they made it harder but oh well

20 minute 33k cash mission is called "Fleeing the Country" it's in detroit and its not even a race, just "go to destination" event, no timer just damage meter if you can drive properly without crashing too much for 44km then you can farm it easily, i've done it like 20 times so far and i dont remember failing it once, only had few dcs which is frustrating on a long mission but ♥♥♥♥ happens i guess
