"can't join crew" problem...help..please

Does anyone knows how to fix this? I mean. We are able to see each other online e we have been trying for hours to play this and still shows up same message right after we accept "can't join crew"...

does anyone knows how to fix this? I really wanted to play the co op...
all I know is that we are in different sections...and I dont know how this sessions are made but are not in the same one...


help please!

I can join random players but can't join my friends. Didn't have this problem on Closed beta :/

Exactly!!!! And I dont want to play with random people...I mean...we bought the game here to play together so this sucks

But have both of you finished the prologue?? Even though you can add such a player to the crew it will fail with that error if he/she has not finished prologue yet. It is only enabled after you reach the freeroam part.

If you mean the first race and the part where we choose the car and customize it...then yes...and the problem is that we can't join each other's crew. I tried inviting and he did also and still nothing...same error ""can't join crew"". I already did a few missions...Im level 3 and he is level 2.

Any ideas what could we do?

we try it level 10 but same you cant join the crew !

From what I remember you are still in prologue until you get the street car upgrade.
If he is level 2 it is pretty certain that he is still in prologue.

Same problem for us, impossible to make a crew but we can see us on the map and do a fast travel ... if anyone has a solution.

when i do a rdm match i get 4 man crew but not with my friends?
for what did i buy this game ? xD

We had this since the beta :(
Maybe it is an Problem with Steam/Uplay/Game... but didnt find anything....

We tried it aftewards when we were above 4 and the problem continued. And all the times we tried we had already already finished prologue.

On the beta i had problem with that but after 2 times of invites it worked again.
I don't really know how i got it to work, saw my name was " unknown " so i restarted the game and from no were it worked. Tho could only invite one friend not the other 2.

I have a friend of mine on EST and I'm on CST. We've only been able to join each others crew sporadically at best. It seems like we have to be online playing the game for a while and doing solo missions till we can eventually join each others crew. This is random at best and never ever consistent. It sucks that we can not consistently play together. It's a BIG let down for this game ubisoft needs to get on this and fix this ASAP. You don't build a game about a racing community and then not let people participate in that community. I understand these are probably growing pains... and the game itself is amazing other then that ONE issue. Someone please fix this!!!

I cant join my friend "A", but can join friend "B".
A and B in one crew is possible, but if i want to join them, i cant connect.
The reason of this problems is ******* Ubisoft.
I find something interesting.
If you join a crew, you switch a season. But when you are a random player, like me, you cant see the season of your friend.
My friends A & B are in one crew.
A left the crew, but can still see the car of B (both still in same season).
Now B invite me. I can join, but cant see B´s car! I see his name driving over the street, but no car. I cant see him, because he is in an invisible season with A.

I think we cant do anything.... :(
