You need to foward these ports :1- Forward UDP ports 3000, 3001, 3002, 3003 Incoming / Outgoing and TCP ports 13000, 14000, 14008

And if it' still not working : 2- UDP ports 50000-65535

I've got NAT type moderate and have opened the 3001 UDP on both the router and Windows firewall. Won't be bothered any more about it as the game still works the way I want it to.

If your turn off the modem's firewall, it will also give you a NAT strict status.
